There is an open plan living and dining room with a log burner, beamed ceiling and access to the enclosed garden. The downstairs wet room is next to the small kitchen which has all you need for your stay. Upstairs there is a large bedroom which has views to the Black Mountain and open countryside. Adjoining the master bedroom is the bathroom and second bedroom.

Outside to the rear is a private enclosed garden neighbouring the field. To the front is a large driveway and the property is accessed via a secure, shared courtyard to the main house. This area is covered so there is plenty of space for boots, bicycles and wet coats.
